Rescue Diver

Challenging and rewarding best describes the PADI Rescue Diver course. This course will expand your knowledge and experience level. Rescue Divers learn to look beyond themselves and consider the safety and well being of other divers. Although this course is challenging, it is a rewarding way to build your confidence. Rescue Diver training will prepare you to prevent problems and, if necessary, manage dive emergencies. Many divers say this is the best course they’ve ever taken. You'll cover:

·  In-water rescue breathing protocols

·  Dive accident scenarios

Prerequisites:

Must have Advanced Open Water Diver (or hold a qualifying certification from another training organization)
Minimum 12 years of age
20 Logged Dives
Completion of Emergency First Response Course (or hold a qualifying certification
from another training organization)
Recommended DAN Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries

Program:

2 Class Sessions, 2 Pool Sessions, Open Water Training conducted over 1 or 2 days

Course Material:

Student Crew-Pak with pocket mask, Rescue Diver Slates & Video

Course Fee:

$345 – Includes Course Material and PADI Certification

Equipment:

Scuba equipment available for rental or personal scuba equipment recommended
